I THINK I FOUND OUT HOW INTELLIGENDER WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok laides. I bought a few of the intelligender sex prediction kits. You pee in a cup and if it turns green, its a boy. If it turns yellow/orange, its a girl. This test is nothing more then a PH test!!!!!!!!!! I took the first test and got a dark green result. My urine is alkline which we all know, favors a baby boy. I went ahead and changed my PH to acidic by taking cranberry... I brought my urine PH down to a 5 and guess what!?? I did the test again, and I got a girl result. Acidic PH favors girl conceptions.  Thnik about the PH test strips you used.  Green or blue means alkline (boy)  and yellow/orange is acidic (girl)  Save your money ladies as this test is nothing but a very expensive PH test. :)

I'm confused....sorry. So you're saying when someone is already pg (around 12-14 weeks, same as Intellgender time frame) to use your ph strips to test your urine to see what gender you're carrying? I'm confused by the fact you did the 1st test and got a boy result (you're saying based on your urine ph) but then you said you lowered your ph to favor a girl and got a girl result? Do you know what you're having yet? How many weeks are you? When did you do your 1st Intelligender test? I was curious about this test and it makes perfect sense what you're saying. I sure hope it's true and everyone can save their money and just use their ph strips. So, which result are you going with? I'm assuming you want girl?

Yes. I am hoping I am having a baby girl. I contacted intelligender and was told that women were getting accurate results starting at 7 weeks, but they want us to wait until 9 weeks to test. I have 2 boys. My PH has always been on the alkline side. The test came back with a boy result. When I took cranberry for a day and took the test again, it was a girl result. If you look at your pH test strips, you will see that an acidic PH turns the strip orange or yellow (same color as intelligener girl result)  My friend just complete the same 2 tests. She got a girl result first and we brought her body PH to a more alkline level and she got a boy result. She is having  a girl :)

I did the more expensive pink and blue test and was told my baby is a girl. I will see when its time for the ultrasound.

What I am saying is the test is not a reliable method of determing gender since PH only influences the gender of our babies and does not guarantee we will have a certain gender.

I just do not want women to waste their money or get their hopes up that they are having a certain gender. An ultrasound or the pinkandblue test seem to be the most accurate.

I was going too.. but I was afraid it would say boy and ruin the first half on my pregnancy and have me feeling sad.. lol.. I have two weeks until my big ultrasound I will definately let you know how it turns out...hehe Thank you for saying you hope I get my girl.. you are so sweet... I hope you get your girl also.

 That totally makes sense!!! Great job in your research. Of course it would turn blue or orange depending on your ph!! That's great you figured that out. No wonder so many of the tests come back with wrong results..............it's testing your ph...................not the sex of your baby.  What a SCAM!!

I contacted intelligender and they are very surprised!! LOL. Of course, they did not admit that it was a PH test but they did ask me several questions including how I was able to measure my PH and how I was able to change my PH.

I bought the intelligender test too acouple of weeks ago and was just waiting for the 10w mark to test, now I am dissapointed that I wasted my money.

at least you did not buy two of them like I did :) You can still try it for fun though.

yeah def try it for fun but i already know my ph is low so it should go orange.
