Ugh just suddenly my pregnancy induced carpal tunnel set in.  I wonder if it's because I am retaining more water due to change of climate?   I'm probably eating more salt too.  This time I have it in both wrists.  My knees and elbows hurt too.  Wahhhhhh!  

 That only happened to me during my pregnancy with my boy Zen. I had to wrap my palms at night really tight. Sucks!!

I went and bought wrist braces for both hands.  I wear them when I sleep and nap and feel sooooo much better.  They are ugly as hell and I feel like a boxer strapping them on to go to bed but the aching pain is gone.  

 i hope it doesn't get too bad either.

Do you think it could have started early because you are carrying twins? 

 Everything is starting earlier and worse this time. It must be the twin thing.  With my other pregnancies, I only got carpal pain in my right hand. Now it's both.
