Curious how much weight everyone gained during pregnancy and how much you have lost so far.... I gained about 40 pounds and lost 23 in the first few weeks but haven't lost a pound since then!!  It's so frustrating.  I don't feel like I eat a ridiculous amount of food or anything.  I'm trying to start some sort of an exercise regimen, but it's hard with three kids home for summer.  Anyone have any tips?  What are you all doing to lose weight/get in shape?

Hi Pippi, I gained about 30 lbs and lost alot in the beginning as well. However, since that time, nothing and several of my pants/shorts still don't fit which is very frustrating. I'm trying not to obsess about it yet, but I would love to lose about 5-10 lbs. I eat healthily and don't want to cut back too much b/c of breastfeeding. Also, I have zero time to exercise with 3 kids and started work part-time two weeks ago. Sorry I don't have any tips, just wanted to commiserate with you!!

Ladies I know how you are feeling.  When I got weighed when i was 10 weeks pregnant i was 11st 10lbs so at this point I had already put on about 5lbs then I weighed myself towards the end and I was nearly 15st.  Little caoimhe is now 13 weeks old and I am weighing 12st 7lb last time I checked.  I put all the weight loss down to breastfeeding so hoping I will get another stone off in the next few months back to my orginal weight but alot of it is to tone up.  I know its not easy getting time to do anything with a family I know i have 4 but i would play on the Wii with the kids games like Michael Jackson the Experience and Wii Fit and Zumba Dance. And I would try to get a walk at least a couple of times a week even if its just for 20 minutes but now the summer holidays have started I will take the rest of them with me a couple of times a week.  I have even thought about doing bits of the IG diet like smoothies and eating riceHappy LMAO.
