Swaying boy question?

I have read that you should drink soda when trying to conceive a boy. Just wondering if it can be caffeine free soda since I am unable to drink caffeine to due to a heart arrhythmia. Any help would be appreciated.

i think its backing soda , rugular soda is bad for TTC boy due to sugar content ............... even diet soda as it has artificial sweetner which lowers ph :)
