Our family is now Vegan. After watching on Netflix.... "Foodink" and "Change your food, Change your life" and reading the book "Diet for a new America" i am horrified to learn many many things! Heart diseas, diabetes, girls getting their periods at young ages, and the list goes on...this stuff is not hereditary, it's a learned eating habbit that is killing Amarica! The homons and antibiotics pumped into the flesh of meat and dairy products....i encourage you all to just watch and read and decide for yourself. I just had to share this new found knowlage that is life changing! xXx
