Hi Ladies,

My OB/GYNO has put me on 50mg clomid, cycle days 2-6. As i have had irregular cycles since stopping the pill, and he assumed i wasn't ovulating regularly.

I have fraternal twin boys who were conceived naturally 3 years ago.

Would my chances of conceiving twins using 50mg of clomid be even higher ??? Especially since i already twins naturally.

Would love to hear what you think.. thanks

yes I would say it does raise the chance even more. and also age has to do with it . I was told at my age I have a high chance of twins. I am 41 now but was 39 when told this by my doctor.

Yes, your chances will be higher. Not as high as with a 100mg or 150mg dose...they usually start at 50 because it's the lowest chance for twins...but the increased chance is still there.
