D4P, I have been working out almost every day but upped my intensity and duration as I neared the second trimester and it is the most frustrating thing to workout that much and still gain weight and even though its just 2 or 3 pounds so far it feel as though it gone straight to my thighs and butt, too! My goal is to do spin and toning classes throughout. I would love to incorporate some yogas and pilates to help me labor as I want to do natural again, but I have to find the time for those. I'll start a exercise and food thread soon so we can share ideas as we are the August, hot mommas! Although, what's the temp in Austrailia in August?
