12w3d high risk ultrasound front view GUESS

This is a front view at my high risk ultrasound at 12w3d.  I notice on the stomach there looks to me to be boy parts (turtle) but not really sure if that is waht I am seeing on the stomach or if its the belly button and something else what are your thoughts? guesses?  I have one boy and one girl and of course we do not care what we are having but just fun to guess.

You're looking at the cord insert site, I beleive.  No clues in this pic.

No thats it! Not sure what that is on the stomach of the baby?
