sure start and health in pregnancy grant?

 hi there, can anyone help me?

i was wondering if i need to send mat b1 maternity certificate with the sure start maternity grant and also the health in pregnancy grant? or do neither of these  need this sent along wih them? thanks

Hi I know that when i got my grants i just filled them in and got my midwife to sign them and sent them off alone and they where ok aslong as you leave your phone number if they need anything else, hope this helps

 If you guys don't mind me asking, what are these grants and how do you apply for them?
