WIC (poll)

Not sure if it varies by state but a family of 3 here cannot gross more than 1,303 for 2 weeks. My DH alone grosses 1,281.

Yeah...cutting it close...but the time I can apply (have to be unemployed 30 days) so far it's been 6 days...I may or may not make the cut.

We get WIC and it is a great help. Nursing moms get all sorts of healthy food and then when baby turns 6 months they get lots of baby food. I hope you can qualify, Azure, as it will really help out with money being tighter with you as a SAHM.

 No, but for a few years we qualified given our large family size.  I wanted to take it but my husband refused.
