Cemas, I took sooo much folic to account for the sodium (I think in the month I was TTC and taking all of those bsd's, I was up to 14,000mg of folic). Here is an approximate time frame of when I would do my BSD's. I knew with all that Folic, I was probably OK with the Sodium in the BSD's. Remember, when you are doing that your BSD's go towards your total sodium limit for the day. You can do 7 BSD's for two weeks MAX (AF to O) and then wait until you start AF before starting the BSD drink again. Hope this helps.. if you need anymore help, please do not hesitate to ask

On the day I was going to DTD, I did a BSF every 2 hours and then repeated that for 3 days after O'ing.
My scan is supposed to be 12/21, but not sure if that's going to happen (long story...LOL). I will keep ya'll updated. I have had ZERO morning sickness, so this pregnancy has been great, which is wonderful for a last pregnancy.
As far as the OPK's go, I always tested with FMU (I know that's not supposed to be accurate, but I did it anyway) and then every 3 hours or so after that. If I had to go to the bathroom really bad, I would just go and pee on the stick even though it wasn't 3 hours, but if I remember correctly, I usually could hold it for at least 2 hours.
