iam now on dite for  tcc boy despred to have i started supplement (potassiom99mg) and avoid taking calisiom and diary products and choclate .itake rice dream instead.

try to catch my egg my period start on 22-1 finished 27-1 idon,t know when i can try to catch the egg.

Hey doody, I see you just joined IG....you should read (and re-read) the E-book for TTC Boys and Girls that is located in the FAQ section of the Swaying Forum. There is all the info you need about diet, timing, detecting ovulation, etc. Good luck!
