I did this a bit at 6 weeks & the doctor's office didn't seem to get very excited about it. Just put me on pelvic rest until my next appointment which was about a week after that. I ended up seeing my little bean at an ultrasound & was very comforted by that!!! But now, here I am at nearly 10 weeks & it's happening again......... Sad

Except this time it is heavier & sorry for the TMI, but it's light red & brown & really mucous-y. I've called the on-call doctor & he says he will to an ultrasound in the morning to check things out. Hoping all is okay, but the fact that it's so thick w/mucous has got me a bit concerned.

I had a bleed at 9 weeks that scared me badly. I was put on a week of modified bedrest and they found that it was a spot in the placenta that looked minorly detached. I went back at twelve weeks and all was well. The area had corrected and I was told to take it easy until 12 weeks. It was all very scary but the more I read, it is very common. Hopefully you will get some good news tomorrow and they will say it's just everythign getting firmly planted for a long and healthy pregnancy. Please keep us posted.

As a parent, my boys are my world and my attempting to TTC pink was not a reflection on them or the love I have for them, I simply ached for a daughter to complete our family!! However after 10 months I'm ready for my 3rd and final child NOW!! I just want to be pregnant. Swaying just didn't work for us, which makes me sad, but I'm glad we tried. I'm scared I can't have a baby at all and that is the most important thing now, a healthy pregnancy and birth of my last child.

Cycle 11 BFP @ 11/12dpo, EDD 20th June 2011 - Stick baby, please!!

Cycle 8 BFP @ 14dpo, EDD 20th March 2011. Ended in m/c at 5 weeks. Our little poppyseed.
Cycle 6 BFP @ 14dpo, EDD 21st January 2011. Ended in m/c at 4wks4dys. Our little crumb.
Onto Cycle 10 ... in the 2ww @ 30/08/10 - 2nd cycle after 2nd m/c. Can't believe where this journey has taken me. Never imagined I'd not be pg by now and have 2 mc's too. I will sway this month because I cannot let go of the dream just yet. However, I really want to be holding my baby in my arms next summer and time is running out. Come on sticky bean, this is our month. Let's hope it's a pink one!!
Cycle 8 ... to sway or not to sway .... ??? Maybe a TTC break is needed?! Ended up doing a partial sway, it was all I could manage in the end! Ended in mc
Cycle 6!?! How can that be? I fell so easily with both ds's. I didn't expect to fall straight away, but to be on my 6th cycle is totally unexpected. I think this will be our last month of swaying as I really want to be pregnant now and am worried we somehow aren't going to manage that. 16/04/10 Ended in mc

Let us know when you get back..Praying all is well with your little bean. If it helps, I have had that every month since I conceived (it comes right around when my cycle is due) I think I am still getting a light period...strange..

Thanks for all your messages ladies!!! I am back from the appointment & all was okay. The doc said he didn't see any explanation for the bleeding though & that in 50% of bleeding cases they end in m/c & the other 50% end up being full-term pregnancies. My lil bean was movin & dancin around a bit, arms waving so cute!!! I'm so happy!!! Love Ya!

oh, you'll definitely stay there Love Ya!

! try not to worry about the bleeding/mucous stuff-you just saw your lil' one & all was well. i know it's terribly frightening but it'll be okay. my friend bled (pretty heavy too-at least 2 pads a day) for i think it was 4-6 wks when pg w/ her DD-and all was well. hang in there-(((HUGS)))
