Sounds good! I'm working on the diet. =) Having a hard time getting serious about it. DH is being a good sport and doing all the supps (cal, mag, cran, vit c) with me. I'm also doing saw palmetto and folic acid. We've both cut potatoes, red meat out and almost have tomatoes gone from diet. It's hard with 3 boys and the favorite meals around here being pizza, spaghetti, etc! =) We're definitely restricting our salt and potassium, though, and drinking lots of milk!
I'm leaning toward the O + 12 as keeping my pH down makes me nervous. it has been low, 4.5ish, but my Hanna ph meter just came in so I haven't checked it during O yet to see if it jumps. The pH strips wouldn't work for me, so had to spend more $ to get the meter! I bought some replens but haven't used it yet. I also have lime but not sure if I want to try it first.
