HELP Progesterone issues (again)

Hey everyone.  I will make this short...we stopped all IF treatments and have been talking to a local adoption agency.  I felt God saying to just wait (which is so so hard) and then found out last week to everyone suprise that I am pregnant.  My HCG levels and progesterone have been being checked every two days.  HCG has a great rise (133---376---937).  My progesterone has been iffy 20.9----19.1----today 15.8).  I started Prometrium 200mg orally Monday night and that last # 15.8 was drawn yesterday (Wednesday) evening (about 3 hours before my next dose was due).

 Now the internet says its a bad sign that my progesterone levels are dropping.  I have had a progesterone level of 10 with my son and without supps I carried him to term.  I have M/C though when I got down to 5 with another preg.  My last M/C my progesterone levels very super high 100-300.   What do you all say????  My HCG is great--better than any of the other sucessful pregnancies I have had.  I wish my Dr would call back and tell me what to do :(.  I am wondering if doing them vaginally would be better....or injections.......I am already on heparin twice a day.....I just want this baby to stay!. I haven't said anything on the BFP thread...

The nurse just called.  She thought I was taking them vaginally (they are perscribed orally).  She said the DR said to increase my amount to 200mg twice a day. Vaginally in the am and orally in the evening 12 hours apart.  I go in tmw at 11:15 for a repeat HCG and Progesterone (they say the test takes about an hour to run). 

I'll ask about the shots.  I'd rather take them too...then it takes away the worry.  Is there any reaon to nat do the shots????  I am not worried about cost...my insurance covers my progesterone.  But if my body absorbed it last time why is it not this time?  She also sad it was lower due to the time of the day (3 hours before my next dose unlike before when it was 12 hours before my next dose was due).

She also said to take the oral dose 1 hour before a meal or 2 hours after a meal....I was not doing that either.  I wish there was a rule book!

This is gross but I tend to get "off balance" down there easily......doe sprogesterone mess with the whole environment normal flora stuff??????

You'll get a kick out of this.....its not funny to me now but I am sure later it will be!

I put it up my girly area last night and this morning when I woke up and my face looked like a huge red itchy swollen mess.  I have hives on my face and going down my neck.  I guess my VJ was not what I should have been worried about.  The dr said I was having an allergic reaction!

I am now waiting to hear back from my last blood draw this morning (yes I went in public).  Then she said they would discuss some "fizzy" alternative vaginal supp.  She said the shots were painful (like I care at this point) and she would ask the dr about them.

Wow these people who just breeeze through pregnancy and are like "I've never felt so pretty"...or "wow he just looks at me and I am preg" are a myth to me!

So glad its halloween--no costume needed here!

Well I took the Prometrium once more orally and had swelling in my face/hives/itching again.....so now I am just taking the shots (which is in cottonseed oil) and doing just fine on it. I get my levels checked tmw, but I feel like they willl be fine.  My Friday ones were up already over 20 :).
