Im unexplanied IF, im starting to think i have celiacs, so im going to stay away from bread/wheat this month and see how i go..i have all the symptoms.

I have a shortish lp aswell, 26 day cycle.

So this is what im taking as of today.

RJ

Asprin

Folic ACid

Cranberry (ttc girl)

Calcium (ttc girl)

Vit B complex

Fish Oil

Last minth 200mg of Soy Isoflavons

but this month im thinking lower dose 50mg or vitex not sure...

With the Vitex i need to know when to start and when to stop and do i take 3 per day?

Hi there, your post grabbed my attention so i thought i would share my story with you. I don't want to give you any false hope tho. For 4 years my husband and i thought i was infertile as we NEVER fell pregnant, then for 1.5 years straight we never used any protection and we still didn't fall pregnant. I was so upset at the thought of being infertile. At the same time however i had these constant issues with my stomach. Always got these strange bouts of diarrhea and extreme cramping etc etc. I went to so many doctors who said it could be endometriosis, then it changed to gall bladder stones, then when that came back neg then it was stomach ulcers, and the list went on and on. I was exhausted! So many possibilities without anyone giving me a single answer. Eventually while on holiday i popped in to a homeopath, who diagnosed me with a wheat intolerance. She told me to cut out wheat in my diet and see if my stomach issues change. Well within the first 10 days i was feeling great! No stomach issues nothing. I soon realized it was the wheat all along. It had completely messed up my whole body! Within a month i was pregnant! Big shock to my husband and i, after we thought i was infertile! But apparently having a wheat intolerance can mess up everything! So please try and see! I have cut out wheat and gluten just to be safe as the cramps are not fun! I am now nearly 38 weeks pregnant! Yes Over the years unexplained one baby clomid and the other IVF, lost of miscarrages and not much else...Ive had every single test that is avaiable andmore and there is nothing wrong with me or my husband, swimmers are great my eggs are great, my cycles are great....always have been,nothing ever wrong.

I have how ever had bloating, cramps, diareha, uhmm i even break out in blister sore on my bottom every other month...

even gets to the point sometimes when i eat bread or pasta, im in agony after, and i always say to dh, bread just doesnt agree with me DOH, how dumb have i been.

I had a blood test done when ttc ds #1 for anti bodies come up neg, then years later 10 to be exact they run the same test and its POS, well with celiacs this to can come up neg then POS, depending on wheat in your body/blood i guess at the time of test?

Everything leads to this, extreme tiredness, IF, so many markers check off...im going to stop with wheat ect as of today and see what happens this month. Cant hurt right, as of 12yrs ive tried everything but this.sooooo.
