BB chalk all the abnormal procedures to military docs... today I had to go sit and wait to speak with the anesthesiologist JUST TO SIGN THE PAPER GIVING PERMISSION TO DO MY EPIDURAL AND ANY THING ELSE DEEMED NECESSARY...I was upset because it seems like high risk people are the only ones who get normal OB care, i keep saying its almost over and I just realized that there are 2 other pregnant women on my street and we are due within days of each other, and the L&D floor is NOT big at all I think they have 8 rooms if that, I just hope I can last til DH gets back and we can go to alabama

Ha I just googled how many rooms they have... 8 a WHOLE E-I-G-H-T birthing/postpartum room.... that's just wonderful isn't it? lol

Yikes Queen!! Oh my goodness! I wish yo ucould go off base, darn the luck! Hopefully you wont have to share a room with anyone, I'd die!

Oh no... they're all single rooms, no sharing lol...I plan to just go to a hospital in town if I go into labor we really don't want to deliver here

Whew well thats a relief!! Good for you, I'd do the same thing...sounds too risky to me! I cant believ you are almost 37 weeks! I dont know what it's like to be preggo after the 37 week mark! I'll probably wanna die, HAHA!

today I really felt like labor was starting... i was super excited then it all just stopped... that happened with DD3 alot, so i'm assuming he's going to follow her steps and i'll be going until July 8 lol...but he sits way lower so maybe one of his false alarms will make him come out, I did just realize that when I lay down he works his way lower into my pelvis and when I get up walking is almost impossible for at least 20 minutes

 It sounds like your DS is almost as impossible as DD4!

I'm trying to come around more. I just don't have the energy lately. After I was told the amnio results today I just cried myself back to sleep. I'm miserable. The meds make me crazy. It's just an awful situation. DH tries to be supportive, but he just doesn't know what to say or do.

Well bless your DHs heart for trying! My DH just tells me it's almost over and i'll be ok lol. At least you have a light at the end of the tunnel... i am extremely jealous you have an idea as to when your baby is arriving, if someone could just tell me a day or a 2 day window i'd be happy lol

Queen- yikes on your false alarm! he may be testing the waters for his grand debut!!! LOL your Dh sounds just like mine...I could tell him how bad I'm hurting and I get, "I'm sorry honey....hey when do you think dinner will be ready?" LOL...he means well, he's just one of those isn't quite sure how to handle others pain, type of person...it makes him feel helpless so he avoids it. LOL

Epii- I'm sorry you've been so down! I hope she comes soon so you can start that good cuddling!

My pubic bone pain has just been getting worse and worse which I guess is pretty expected considering she's only getting bigger...but it's brutal. It's not my back or hip or even pelvis although its a part of it...but the hard plates and bones all around the good just feel like they are breaking....it's murder....just to lift my left leg off the ground is almost more than I can bare. I was hurting so bad after work the other day that I literally crawled into my truck knees first....ugh, and there's nothing I can do about it!!!

How are you feeling Queen? Any new pains, symptoms etc? How is everyone else so far? I'm ok, I dont think anything new with me, just been in a really terrible amount of pain...it's mostly unbearable by around 4pm everyday, and while I fall asleep I have to roll over a lot and oh my the pain that comes with that, brings me to tears. I dont want her too early but my pain is something else! Luckily mom came over today and got dd's room packed up for me, so nice. Dh has been at the new house cleaning and such, the carpet cleaners came today and the cleaning ladies come tomorrow....ahhh, I just can't wait. I took off work next friday and we have off Monday for July 4 so a nice long weekend to get B's nursery set up!!!!! Then after that I told DH he better be prepared for me to lay it on him cause I'm gonna do any and every natural thing toget this girl OUT!

Our little Rose was born tue 21st June 2011 at 9.51pm weighing 7lb3oz. She was 11 days early so a good weight...especially as I only measured 32wks at 37wks and went for a growth scan which showed a nice healthy 7lb baby which put my mind at risk as everyone commented how tiny I was this time. All my babies have been born at 38wks so around the 38wk mark I was very nervous and waiting for the fist few signs. I actually had a false alarm at 37 wks. Got really bad tummy pains, went to drs and they found I had another water infection and found GSB which I have never had before so out went the birthing centre, the lovely place I had my previous daughter. The day of the 21st I thought that maybe the baby could actually be late as I still had a tiny bump, didn't really feel pregnant and didn't feel like I would go into labour anytime soon. I was acually telling everyone that day exactly that! But putting the kids to bed that night I started to get strong pains and the kids were playing up. They usually go to bed no problem but really didn't seem tired that night. My hubby had to pop out (he usually doesn't ever really go out in the eve either) and the pains were getting quite strong. When he came home I told him he best ring his mum (who was going to be at the birth too) to warn her just incase although I was not 100% sure as my 2nd birth was only half an hour and I was very aware I could have a super duper quick labour again that with number 3 got to the birthing centre as soon as I started having pains and it was another 9 hrs before Violet was born! So then his work collegue turns up. He has never been over before, bit of an unexpected visit. Kids were still awake although up in bed but our 22mth old was screaming 'out' from her cot! The pains started to get really strong. I kind of said to Matt he best go soon hoping he would get the hint. He called his mum to say this was def it. His work collegue left. He then realised we were really low on fuel so I told him to go get some asap while we were waiting for his parents. His dad would have to come over to look after the kids...who were still awake, Nightmare! They turned up as Matt was still out getting fuel. Matt;s mum was really excited as it was the first birth she would be there for. My contractions were getting so strong, close together and painful that I had to remind her I was in alot of pain lol. Matt turned up. We went to the hospital. My contractions were so bad in the car. As soon as we got to the hosp (15mins drive) we quickly walked to the maternity bit. By now I was almost in tears!! Got to the labour ward. I was fully dialated! They said that once the waters go, the baby will be here then 2 pushes later Rose was born. I was so pleased and relieved yet a little in shock! Matts mum cut the cord. It was actually a lovely birth. Kind of forgotten the pain already. Didn't even have one puff of gas and air! Rose was and is perfect! Had to stay in 24hrs due to the GBS and they thought I had TVT in my leg (suffer from bad veins) but turned out to be just bruising. 24hrs in bed and I was fine. Rose is so quiet. Hardly wakes, cries but is feeding really well. So happy! Our family is COMPLETE :-) xxxxxxxxxxx

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!! She's just gorgeous! What a quick and speedy labor, how thrilling!!! Glad your MIL got to be there and you made it to the labor ward in time! Enjoy her and snuggle good, sonds like a great baby!!!

Thank you BabyBleu. How long do you have left untill D day? All ready? I can't believe Rose is a week old all ready. It has gone so quick. I wish I could go back now to the moment after birth and treasure those first few moments x

I cant believe she is either! I am glad you are enjoying her!!My induction date is July 21!  Iwas at a 2cm already on Monday, so it may be sooner!
