Threw up all day

What does that mean?  Help me out ladies who have had normal pregnancies and are Mature Mams and those of you are not MMs.  I have never had  day like this.  Tell me what this means am I losing another baby or is this just morning/all day sickness.  I am 7 1/2 weeks pg.  Very frightened and need input.

Read the article - that is a good sign and the fact it was just written makes me feel even better and Tally I love what you had to say.  I spent a lot of today throwing up also.  Some yesterday also.  How am I going to explain this when I am afraid to tell anyone that I am pregnant?
