please update me on 19 kids and counting

I don't have cable or satellite so can only watch this tv show on you tube.  Which means I'm always behind.  I heard someone was expecting?  Who was it?  What else have I missed.  Last show I saw on you tube the family just got over chickenpox and Josie got to come home.

 It was one of the film crew.  Yep, Josie is home and still on oxygen, they are trying to wean her off.  Other than that I can't really remember - my kids were all crying/talking in the background so I missed most of the last episode.

I wonder how long Josie needs the oxygen?

 ???  Well the episodes are what, maybe 2 months behind real life?  Surely she must be off by now.  They were trying to wean her off by letting her go 2 hours without the oxygen, so it looked like she was on her way.  

 The last one episode they took family pics and josie only has to be on oxygen while sleeping. During the day they just have to monitor her. She also had a check up and the doc said she was on track for how early she was. Jim bob tried to feed her but she wouldnt take a bottle from him. They made tons of excuses why then mom took over and she ate fine. I can only watch them on the DVR during nap time or after everyones gone to bed. LOL
