Ok I just talked to my friend that has this workout. He said it's a mistake on the calendar, the "Cardio Circuit" is the same as "Plyometric Cardio Circuit".
But, we are missing Cardio Abs. There is a seperate DVD for that, he said it's about 16-17 min long, and we don't have it. I thought it was just part of the Pure Cardio DVD, which it is, but it should be right after that and we don't have that.
So he's going to lend me his Cardio Abs DVD and I'm going to write down all the moves so I can remember them. I'll tell you what they are, but I don't knwo if they'll be simple enough that we can do them without the DVD or not. If not, then on the days it says Cardio Abs too, I will do 15 min of ab work like crunches and stuff to make up for it.
