"You don't pay love back; you pay it forward."
I saw my favorite movie today and it's called Pay It Forward. For those of you who haven't heard of the idea I want to share it and see if more people would want to help the world. Well "pay it forward" is when you choose one random act of kindness and tell that person you assisted to find three new people and do the same and pay it forward
instead of trying to pay you back. You also tell them to continue the
cycle and pass this idea of pay it forward on to those new people. I
decided this time I wanted to find out more and help anyone I can to
pay it forward myself. I found a website where you can read peoples
stories about pay it forward and even order free bracelets if you
e-mail the owner of the website. I wrote her today and she responded
very quickly. You are supposed to wear a bracelet and when you perform
an act of kindness pass the bracelet on to the person and tell them to pay it forward and
assist 3 people before they give the bracelet to the third person they
pick. I ordered bracelets for free just by e-mail when I told her I
wanted them she asked for an address and said she would even send some
to my friend who wanted to join the movement. I wanted to post on this
site because I know there are a lot of people with kind hearts who may
want to be a part.
