OK so I did the intelligender on Wednesday morning and it said boy. Little bit flat becasue I was hoping for a girl this time. Tha the day got worse, my scan was booked in for 1pm that day. A call came at 9am from Symbion Imaging saying they were taking industrial action and after waiting 4 weeks already wasn't going to get my 20 week scan till I was at least 24 weeks?!?!? I was pissed and cried and so many different emotions. this was to be in Brunswick VIC, so they said drive to Epping, I did and refused again. So I thought what about the Royal Womens? No go because I wasn't a patient and even though I had been there 3 weeks earlier as an emergency patient due to early high blood pressure and heart palpitations no they refused also. So the tears kept flowing and I felt so so helpless and my husband who is my rock in all of this would not give up and he refues to believ in a city as large as Melbouren we couldn't be squeezed in somewhere becuase of the situation. So he called Monash womens imaging in Richmond, no go but they called there other branch in Box Hill, and yes they could fit us in, $140 dollars more (we didnt care) and we got 4D images and DVD and the icing on the cake was .............IT"S A GIRL!!!!! A very healthy normal little girl.
