I have a question for the group: does having a "cheat day" (similar to Weight Watchers' Weekends Off or whatnot) screw you up entirely on this diet? It would be nice to be able to go out for a girls night now and then to an Italian place or a family pizza night now and then. If you pick one day per week, say Fridays, and cheat, does it totally mess up your ketosis? Anyone know? Yeah, I can still order the salad without croutons but since most of my family and most of my friends are "bigger" than me they kinda hate the skinny girl eating like that in public, you know?
