I found this recipe from www.allrecipes.com the other day, and tried it today with chicken. It was SO GOOD!!
I made 1/4 of the recipe, because it makes a ton. Here's what I did.
Mix together:
1/4 cup & 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. & 1 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 tsp. black pepper
Use to marinate chicken before cooking. The longer you marinate, the more flavor it will have.
I marinated the chicken for 3 hours, then grilled it. It was great! I used about 1 pound of chicken. I poured the leftover marinade in a pan, brought it to a boil, and simmered it for a few minutes. Then I stirred in a mixture of about 1 tsp. each cornstarch & water to thicken it, and used that as a sauce for dipping the chicken in. My whole family loved it & was asking for more chicken!
