I can't really vote because I'm in the process of increasing my water intake
I used to be horrible, I often drank no water at all during the day. Just what I got in my cup of tea. And I drank 1-2 diet pepsi's per day.
Now I am trying to quit the pop, or at least get less. I have been drinking water for the past week, and I'd say I get about 1 to 1.5L per day. I'm hoping to increase it too, that's another thing, I think I just don't get enough liquids in general.
