Guilt

My 4 year old son is used to doing so much with me and having 100 percent of my attention. Now with the new baby here I am having a hard time dividing up my attention between the two of them. Him and I used to play all day and go everywhere together and now its not like that anymore. Will things get easier when the baby gets older or have things changed forever? New baby is only 18 days old btw.

It does get easier.  Your life is forever changed but they all adjust as well as you.  Hang in there. 

YOU WILL HAVE A NEW TYPE OF PLAY AND THAT MAY MEAN HIM HELPING YOU CHANGE BABY INSTEAD OF PLAYING CANDYLAND. BUT WHEN I JUST HAD 2 I PLAYED WITH DS1 DURING BABY NAPS.GL!

Thanks for the replies. I love my new baby so much but I am sad about how things have changed with my son. I think once I start leaving the house more and going places my son and I will be happier again. I know he misses all the time I had for just him and it makes me sad.

Like I said in your other thread, I think you are dealing with post traumatic stress and it is probably effecting everything you do! Hang in there!!! It will get better!

I agree. don't feel bad i had it after ds3 and it took a long while but it got better. need anything pm me.
