 Thanks Beebs! I am soooooooo glad you gave the couch to 5K link. I prob. mis-spoke too (I am not used to marathon lingo). When I said marathon, I meant like a 3K marathon. I belong to this atheltic club in town and they are hosing a 3K walk and a 5K run in August. I think I could do the 3K and walk/run, but the 5K would be a lot harde. Do ppl jog even when it is called a walking marathon? Thanks for all your help!

Yes, I love protein shakes or even protein bars. I have been buying the EAS Light protein bars from the grocery store and the chocolate crisp is so good. But, the protein shakes are much more filling. I buy the BSN Dessert shakes. I did freak out though b/c on the label says not for nursing or pregnant and I was nursing but did not realize the warning!!!! I did a little research and the warning was b/c of the sweetners and such. Luckily DS never showed signs of any problems and I am not nursing anymore.

Oh good.  Whew!  I just thought jumping straight into a full marathon might be a bit too ambitious by the end of the summer.

And heck, people even walk FULL ones.  My ex-neighbor just did one and it took him 7 hours.  Yikes.

Oh yeah.  You are good.  I "trained" for 3 months and ran a 10k.  It was awesome.  My cousin and I are training for another 10k in July and are being weird-crazy about beating out times!

Thanks!!!!! Right now I am doing about 37 min a day on the treadmill (5 walk, 30 run, 2 walk) and eating good. I was just waiting for comments about the boobs. I just stopped BF'ing and can I just say Holy Engorgement! They look fake ATM...no complaints here now that pain has gone. You should have seen them on Sunday. Ouchhhhhhhhh!

Do you think my bikini is too skimpy? I am going on vacation around my parents and I worry that I will be showing too much!
