After 3 boys I couldn't wait to buy pink! Now that she's here it's another story LOL. My daughter has super curly hair and she screams when she sees the hairbrush,.she rips bows out,she hates shoes and is always taking her socks off LOL half the time she looks homeless, but hey she is happy and healthy who cares what she wears.

The pic attatched is usually what my DD wears a comfy top, jeans and sneakers.

Proud Mommy to great kids.

I'm am really sorry that my op seems to have offended a lot of people, it has clearly been taken in the wrong way. All I was trying to say was as there is so much more choice of clothes for girls, dressing up for a wedding would not be too hard, I didn't say they should be dressed in uncomfortable clothes 24/7!! Anyway comfortable clothes can be cute. Also I was saying that a tomboy friend of mine was not letting her little girl be girlie like she wants to be, not saying you should make girls wear girlie clothes if they don't want to, clearly was saying that you let them wear what they want! This post was in GD and am not really sure why it was moved as it is down to GD issues and nothing else! If I had a girl I would not treat her as a doll and never implied that I would. A lot of the replies seem to be replying to what other people have written rather than reading what I was actually saying.

I understand what you ment Happy sorry your post was moved ((hugs))
