    Thanks for all your hard work Redcin!  I'll be trying to follow this diet for the next 4 months, but it's fairly obvious to me why I have all girls.  Honestly thinking about all of that meat, salt, and tomatoes makes me sick.  Except for the egg white part my husband will be in heaven, I'm surprised his pH is so low since he loves all those things...it must be all the milk he drinks.  LOL!

    i see in this cook book,You talk abt nutritional Yeast flakes what are they where do you get them, Hoe do we use them if we donn't want to use them in cooking?

    You get them in health food stores.  They can also be added to orange juice or v8.

     Nutritional yeast is really yummy on homemade popcorn and I add it to soups also for the flavor.

    Betsy Baby Girl Musician and mama to two beautiful girls! Baby Girl Baby Girl Hoping for a boy next time to balance things out so my husband Baby Boy doesn't feel so outnumbered :-)
