I love your username...I call my two boys little men!

I would love some input with your sway as it is similiar to mine. I am currently waiting to ovulate and it should be tomorrow or the next day so I am looking at the possiblity of a 36 to 48 hours before ovulation. I am not sure but it looks like I am going to ovulate a bit earlier than I thought. I was originally looking at  3 day cutoff. I did a bit of lime douche just before and fairly soon after DTD.

My question is if I should try to do an O plus 12 attempt as well? Also, should DH frequent release between the two attempts? Did you douche at the o plus 18 attempt? What time of day was it?

I just want to feel the best about my attempt and actually get pregnant this month.

Any advice would be great.....!

Doing an O+12 too should up your chance to get pregnant. The more the better lol. My DH released before DTD at O+18 as I had messed up with the O-31. I honestly think it was the O-31 after 14 day abstinance that did it for me. I douched before the O-31 attempt but not after or before the O+18 attempt. All my attempts were at night. DH was working 2pm-10pm that week so we had no other chance. Hope you get your BFP this month. :o)

I agree that another attempt might help us get pregnant. but I would hate to ruin what is in there! We only did a 5 day abstain but DH Is older.

What about the o plus 12 attempt? before and after or not at all? Wouldn't the last attempt be the one that you got your pregnant? I guess we will never know right!

I dtd at O-31 and DH released 15 minutes before the O+18 attempt

Just before the O-31. Didn't douche again. Also used sudafed half an hour before each BD.

No because I was probably already pregnant from the sperm there from the O-31 attempt and but the time the sperm got to the egg after dtd at O+18 the egg would have already been fertilized.

I am not sure how sane I will be in the next few days but I think I need to start giving up on my dream. GD is already hard and I have not even had the 3rd!  Of course, I will be happy to complete my family of three kids if I can!

I will look at your sway again but did you do anything else such as replens etc?

I wonder if I should give it a try or leave it as is. I think I will find it hard to get pregnant now bc I douched today and used replens bc my pH is so high. I doubt I can do anything to lower it.

I have a question about the douche before your cut off attempt. What was the ph of that douche and approximately how much did you use? I had my attempt today and the ph of the lime douche was about 2.25 and I inserted 30-40 ml 1 hour before BD. I also did 1 ml of ph 2.5-2.6 30 minutes after BD and tried to keep it in, but alas, it came out as soon as I got out of bed I am wondering now if I even have a chance this month... do you think I killed them all or washed them all away with that extra lime after BD which came out?
