Yes, this was said in front of my son the other day.
He had come in crying because another boy hurt his feelings and he was crying. My friend then precedes to tell him..."boys are stupid"..
I was pissed. I told her that my son IS a boy and that word is up their with 'hate' and we don't use that..especially when you are talking about my child.
I know her. She didn't mean it that way at all. It was just the point. Who says that???
