when did I O?

I had great attempts and thought I had it then yesterday, when I thought I already O'd, I had sex at 1:00 and no cup or laying down. just got up in seconds after, and it all came out.  (ok maybe 6 spermies were left inside) no orgasm.  THEN i had 6 pains from 5pm-9pm that knocked me to my knees.  all on Left side ovary.

the day prior I had backache, eggwhites, in the mood, wide open cervix, +opk.  so when i woke after that my test opk was negative and cervix lower and closing, form vs soft.  also temp what up a tad.

but whats up with the pain later then? I had this last month as well.  I got it 2 days after suspected O.

today I have a firm cervix with very creamy mucus.  1 poke feeling on my ovary.

when did I ovulate???

and for those who keep testing after a +, do you get a -opk the same day as ovulation? when does the LH surge go down for you?

Without a clear temp jump it's hard to tell for sure.I'm more inclined to think with all of your other fertility signs that you ovulated on the day you have egcm and the other fertility signs.

thank you.  and today I had another dive in temps.  I think its due to me going to bed later and getting up earlier.  my body hasn't quite adjusted to the new time change over.  plus last cycle was vaginal temps.  I just didn't want to do that again this time though. I had only planned to temp for 3 days after suspected O... then forget about it so I wasn't stressing. 

I'm going to go with the day I had 1st thought too.  my charts aren't even putting in a O day at all w my temps.  but with this amount of white mucus and feeling the crabbies, I KNOW I ovulated a few days ago... no way Im still in my fertile phase.
