Help- Anyone taking 2 sudafeds in one day?

I feel like i have more cm than i have in the past few cycles, and i want to bd tonight. ANyone take 2 sudafeds in a day, one in am and one before bd? will that dry things up too much? please help! Do i take sudafed tom'w am too?
