What should DH do prior to ER?

Does it increase the odds of having more girl sperm if our husbands "release" more sperm more often or even right up until ER?  I remember from my natural swaying days that "frequent relase of sperm/sex" tended to yeild more girls?

 

Please share what your hubbies did to favor a larger number of girl embryo's .  Also does frozen MS sperm work as well or not as freash MS sperm ?  Please share all experiences good and bad. Is MS still around  $4,000 at GIVF and HRC? I am trying to avoid using MS due to cost but am not sure what else I can do to increase my odds and my husbands girl count....why havent they invented a pill for that yet

I can answer this question.  No it will not matter what your DH does before ER to increase girl sperms.  It has been shown that most of the time it is 50/50.  In order to have the most sperm at ER your DH should obstain for 4 days prior to ER.  Forget about all the swaying stuff, that does not apply to IVF.

According to Dr. Potter no, but according to some collaborators it does make a difference and from what I have seen on the boards and elsewhere frozen MS sperm is not as good as fresh MS sperm.
