I wanted to post this link that I just found today to help those of you who are thinking about using it or are currently using it to understand what it does and what the difference between all of these brands are. I will say that the thread is extremely long and I did NOT read it all, it is also from 2006 so some info may have changed but it gives you a ton of information. If I could pick one brand of progesterone cream for all of you to use it would be this one. The Plus one will give you more progesterone so you don't have to use as much cream. If you can't afford that one then make sure you read this article so you know what to look for in a different brand.
