Whats the best temp for Lime Douche?

 body temp is optimal.. 

but if your home is not too cold room temp should be fine. I used to use room temp. but it was warmer then it is now!

I only used the lime douches (1:1 lime juice to Evian water- room temp) 30 min to 1 hour PRIOR to BD. Never after (I had tried douching after & lime tampon but wasn't getting preggo).

I also used Replens every other day close to O time and used supps, no diet.
