Painful Ctx added my chart

Went to the mall to spend my $25 sears gift card I got for going to the mom and baby show, got myself a pump... but I was having ctx in the car and even now. I am using the contraction master and it is varying between 6-10m apart. They are an achey feeling, occasionally it feels crampy but its mainly in the upper portion of my bump. Layla is still moving around in there, IDK what this means. Sometimes it feels like my uterus is being stretched as I sit here and type this thru another one. OW!

Sounds promising!  What did your doctor say about when to go in?  My doctor says when they are every 5 minutes apart consistently for an hour.

He hasnt mentioned anything yet... but all my literature says 5 mins as well so I will hold on for an hr!!!

did you drink and lay down ? do they go down? try taking a bath also and see how it goes from there

 bath is always good .. I agree with fata.. that will help you know if this is it or not.. soak in the bath for 45 mins.. try and get belly way in there.. if after 45 mins you are still contracting like this.. then THIS IS MOST LIKELY IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think most times when "real" (for lack of a better word) labor starts, the cxs will be in your lower uterus vs at the top. Keep updating! 

Hmmm well they were averaging 4 mins apart (between 6-10 but mainly 4 mins) but they stopped... this happened to my aunt, she was having them all day 10 mins apart then they stopped for an hr then they started up fast and furious and she had her daughter 5 hrs later! lol

ETA: georgia, I read this which made me think it was real ~ Location of pain: In true labor, contractions generally begin at the top of the uterus and radiate over the entire uterus and through the lower back into the pelvic region. The discomfort associated with Braxton Hicks contractions can be felt anywhere in the body, most commonly in the lower abdomen, the lower back, or the groin. True labor is felt all over the uterus and surrounding area, beginning in the back or top of the uterus; Braxton Hicks should only be felt in the frontal part of the uterus. Sharp pains or pains that occur at distinct intervals should be regarded with extreme caution.

If they go away when you drink water and lie down they are likely not the real thing, try that and see if they continue :) Good luck!  Not long now :)

They will be very consistent if they are real.  It could be early labor.  You'll know when it's real because they will consistently be 7 minutes (example) apart.  Also, they will increase in strength.  But if you are in doubt call the dr. 

A bath, a nap and fluids will help too.

I had to make a trip to the store and they seemed to stop... but then I stopped in for a slice of pizza and they were occurring as I sat and ate, 2 really painful ones. my gran says I was staring off into space. ow... IDK whats going on with my body lol

Did they check you at the dr. yesterday? Maybe that is what is stirring everything up. Have you dilated or effaced at all?
