Halfords sell de-ionized water (no longer stock distilled water) but it is fine to use and you can't find distilled water anywhere here. I have bought some 20ml syringes from ebay. I am using the bottled lime (like lemon juice) the brand name is Liotti condicitrus. Are you talking about lime drops for TBM or the douche? TBM should be drops (i'm going to use a small syringe) depending on the size of dh sample (normally btwn 3-9 drops) and the douche should be 50/50 split of lime to distilled water.

girls... see when you rinse ph tester in the de ionized water, is it ok to just dip it in bottle or do i have to chuck away the water after rinsing... would it be contaminated by cm on ph tester???

anyone else got any comment on dryness in mouth/nose? is it supps? diet? is this normal or am i overdosing by accident.

 and diet for those of you who have stuck at it for a period of time, what is your average ph day to day?

I didn't test ph after i had started the diet for some time, i would say after about 3mths on diet it was 5-5.5 by the time i had been on the diet for 5mth it was at 4.5 it was at its lowest when i fell pregnant, but i really wish i had taken PH when i started diet so i knew how much it had changed as the diet was more than the complete opposite to what i used to eat i detested most dairy things and wretched with milk but i got used to it.

DH ph changed from 8-8.5 to 7-7.5 after doing the french gender diet loosley for about 2mths and he was on supps too though for quite some time

threelittlemenandcounting Congratulations on your BFP!!  So pleased for you and sending you pink vibes .  I was on here a while ago when you were ttc and now I'm back to TTC pink.  You deserve pink being on this awful diet for 5 months lol.  I am struggling to get my head round it tbh.  Good luck with your pg xx

Hi ILP!!  How are you, just had a a read through our pm from the summer, forgot you were quite close to me!!  Did you manage to get your ds potty trained?  DS#2 is just not interested at all at the moment.  Tried him with fab new pants and he loved them but still stood and flooded himself on the livingroom floor.  Will wait a while before trying again to save my lovely comfy sofa from being ruined lol.  16 weeks already yay,  Are you going to get a sexing scan or do you get one on the nhs in your area at 20 weeks?  How's your pg going?  Enjoying it?  You must be so excited!  We are gearing up for our first sway in Dec so I should know by xmas and but I'll be eating my xmas dinner regardless of result lol.  Did you post your sway?  I'd be interested in having a look if you don't mind.  Keep well xx

D4d, I know it is scary eh, I was meant to start ttc in July/Aug but have put it off till next year, but I definetly have to do it next year to fit in with our future plans . Hope playing with ds and the train set's calmed you down abit lol. Whereabouts in Scotland are you? I'm just outside Edinburgh x

Just looked on halfords sight and when  I typed in distilled water battery top of fluid came up and this says  its de- ionised water for car batteries, ions, air con units etc surely this can't be the right stuff. But think I have heard other people mention Halfords, just a bit confused I wonder if anyone has actually used this.

Havn't got my lime yet still looking for it was hoping to get the lime version of jif lemon. What is everyone else using? Planning to put my sample in a moon cup have just ordered one.
