Please note - Not sure whether cream is allowed on ig diet as yet but soon to find out

Mild Chicken Curry - first saute some leeks in unsalted butter then add some chicken breast diced, then add 1 teaspoon of garam masala and some chilli powder, water and then either natural yoghurt or cream and simmer, its a very mild curry and Tamara said i could use the garam masala (tesco) onle once a week!

Creamy pasta bake - firstly saute some greebeans and leeks, in unsalted butter, then add a desert spoon of plain flour to veg and stir, add some milk and then add some cream when it thickens, cook pasta seperately then combine the pasta and creamy mix you could also add some parmeasan cheese to mix for extra flavour. Add this mixture to an oven proof dish and then add soem breadcrumbs to the top ( i use homemade bread) the cook in oven to bread crumbs are golden

Chicken Caserole with Rice - Fry the chicken in unsalted butter, then sauted the leeks and greenbeans in unsalted butterd, added some flour so help thicken then placed in the oven in a casserole dish with a little water and rosemary, it will be farly plain but i dont think we are allowed any other herbs but at least the rice as some sauce(kinda ) when served with the casserole!

Right .... I've boughtmy CBFM and strips, digital ph tester, rose quartz and hematite bracelet, USB purifier ioniser and room purifier ioniser, i've got opk's.  (no.5wantingasisforchloe I kind of used your sway as a guide for what to buy!! Thanks xx)  Anything else that I need???

Argh!!!  This is so exciting and scary and I'm still extremely hopelessly confused.

Some questions for you girls in the know.  My sway is 5 weeks away and I am desperate for an attempt before Xmas cause then it'll be February before I can get geared up again. 

• I need to decide on supplements for me and dh - I read in gold that these are dependent on your own body - can someone tell me why please?? 
• How do I find out about the moon at a particular date? 
• Has anyone got the rock salt crystal lamp?  think this was for Ions. 
• CL - is that Crystal Light?  If so where do I get?
• Douche - can someone describe, how you make it, where you buy the lime (is it just lime cordial?), what you insert it with/where you get it from? 
• Replens?  Do you insert with the item supplied with in the box/ or is it actually a 'finger' of replens??
• Hormones - what are the options for this?
• 0+12 I assume that once I get my cbfm this should seem less scary??  How do you tell you've O'd and do you do more than one test that day to get the O+12 right?

Sorry, I know I should have spent longer reading up and learning.  I was in hospital for a week when I was due to start studying and it all kind of fell into the background.

Now i'm sitting here thinking about it my lips are dry, my skin overall is pretty dry too I just put that down to it being almost winter, My hair is always falling out and ds 3 is 19 months now, so no excuse its after pregnancy.

 

It does feel a bit like when you've had the cold and been taking cold flu meds...so I wondered if it was the supps and diet.

Maybe getting somewhere with diet, loving peppermint tea, i think I may manage without my 10 odd cups of tetley for the sway. lol
