TTC Girly Girl in November 2009

thought I'd make all you gals laugh today.....here is my dumb blonde story of the year!!!

I wasn't feeling well this weekend and thought just to get it over with and since i was due for AF I would test to basically  make sure I wasn't pregnant and just get over it for this month...so I take a test and go figure i see a faint line...I freak go running downstairs and tell DH and he is happy but doesn't say much. But the line is so faint I am unsure so i take another two tests through the day and get even fainter lines.... by evening i am on a high thinking holy cow I am pregnant then....I realize I had been taking ovulation strips... oh wonderful so i go to take a pregnancy test and realize AF has showed her ugly face...ugh...what a weekend....Now hubby thinks i am crazy...(can't say i don't blame him) anyhow...hope it made you all laugh!

I am thinking it's a hard thing to figure out when you should try etc... and when you want pink so bad yo udon't want to mess up on anything! I am somewhat frustrated and started thinking I would just wing it when the time comes cause there is so much contradictions or differences in ideas. I thought I would make sure my PH is right and that I did a few other things but feeling discouraged before i even start I guess......right now I am trying to make sure I get my health in check and I take my folic acid and get everything in order but it seems thinks are just not going well...financially things aren't going well and it just seems everything is discouraging right now and frustrating.......but I am gonna try and get on here more to read more and keep up more to what's happening with everyone and maybe that will help! :)

I'm doing okay but no pregnancy signs at 8 dpo.

I am finally ( kinda) feeling confident that this baby will be ok.. as many of you know i have been so worried since the day I got my bfp.. honestly. I think I will be fearful of loosing her till the day I pass... 

but! I feel I can spread some pink baby dust around!!!! * sprinkle sprinkle*

swaying is soooo hard.. it does help to keep you on a better diet during pregnancy though!!! so that is a plus!! I hadn't realized how much I had learned about myself till after I was done the swaying process.. 

I am so proud of you ladies!! doing a small sway or a big one.. it isn't easy!! keep up the good work!! rooting for you all!!

oh my. I did this one month.. but I didn't have to go threw an emotional roller coaster like you did for as long. I realized my mistake almost right away. i had that high for maybe 30 seconds.. but gosh. it is hard emotionally..

it is good to be able to laugh at it.. but gosh.. I know for me it wasn't easy to laugh at all!

Sry to hear AF found you.. FX that next month will be your month!

OK, so we are going to ttc this month Not going to be much of a sway though. Planning on avoiding O day and do frequent BD + adding an O+12 attempt. I will use OPKs but I'm not temping anymore. CD14 today and I should O around CD18 as usual so we are getting closer "Must try really hard not to get obsessed. Must try really....." My new mantra

:( Yesterday I was so sure I was PG.  got a faint BFP with FRER, later that night, a bit darker one.  This AM, temp drop, no BFP and started spotting at work.  Cried my eyes out, called in a sub and now I'm home, trying to think of other things besides how bummed I am.  I told my mother, dh and bff.  Luckily my bff is obsessive like me and totally understands and doesn't think I'm crazy, but I have to TRY and not test until 14dpo... I just want to be one of those that doesn't know I'm pg until I'm like having the baby in the bathroom.  ROFL.

So I'm back, luckily I will O again after the New Moon and this is another good girl month for me.  I just haven't decided the extent of the sway since I've dropped most sways the last two months and no baby.  My DH likes the idea of frequent BD, like every night.  HA HA.  Of course he does.

Alissa - hoping this is your month and we'll be waiting for an update!  I got pg the first month of being with my sons fathers, the second one happened on bc.. and I did NOT want to be pg.  Now that life is great, have a wonderful dh and home and mommy friendly job, I can't get pg.. it's very disheartening.
