Finally got up the courage to post our sway. My diet wasn't quite as spot on this cycle but I still pretty much tried to stick with the IG diet. Also my Hanna tester broke a few days before O so I couldn't monitor ph through all of our attempts . Going by recent cycles my ph tended to stay between 4.1 and 4.8. We also gave up on abstinance and O+12 this cycle. I don't believe in cut offs so the next best thing was to just BD thru O. I'll post my update when I have my gender scan in Jan 2010!!
