Hi ladies just wondering if anyone might give me adivce, i had a big bleed Wednesday night and found out i was pregnant with fraternal twins , the bleeding has stoped now thank god, has anyone ever had anything like this as im really worried it will happen again

This could be a cyst or hematoma that has burst... Usually those types of bleeds do not impact the pregnancy but can be alarming. What did your doc say? Did they do an u/s to check on the babies to reassure you? Please let us know how you are and I am thinking about you and your little peanuts!! TJ

I had the same, it was a subchorionic hematoma. You would need an ultrasound to confirm the source (if any).

They did an ultrasound and saw 2 strong heartbeats, they said the bleeding was coming from my womb and my cervix was closed which was all good, they never gave me an explanation what the bleeding was so i just concerned it will happen again

I had the same thing happen to me this past wednesday and it scared me to death! It turned out to be a hematoma. My twins had nice strong heatbeats are are doing fine.
