remember to put the breaks on your prams ladies - warning a heart beater but baby is fine thank god

OMG OMG I just saw this on my homepage and thought this is a huge reminder to put the breaks on your pram/stroller and hold on, just to let you know it is kind of graphic but the baby was OK which is a miracle and a thanks to god

Wasn't it just THE MOST AWFUL thing you've ever seen??  I made the kids sit down with me to watch a segment on seatbelts and it was the first item on the news.  Unfortunately my poor ds#2 was very affected by seeing it and told me that he would have nightmares about being that baby in the pram tonight.

I know it was just horrible, I was almost in tears That poor mother my heart goes out to her, Im just so thankfull the baby was ok... Big eye opener since I catch the trains sometimes with the boys, im going to hold on tight now!

Oh no your poor son, I hope he forgets it soon, not something a kid should see 

OMG! This was terrible. I can just imagine the shock and panic when you realise what is happening and you are powerless to stop it. One lucky baby and mama. Thank God!

Wow - that video is going to haunt me for a long time.  I can't imagine the horror the woman felt - it looked like she would have jumped in front of the train to save him if she could have.  I cried while watching it, and I'm still a little shaken from it.  I'll definitely be using my brakes everywhere from now on!

There was an incident in my city (Pittsburgh) a few days ago - a women went into a store and left her baby in a stroller on the sidewalk (!!) and it rolled into the street and was almost hit by a van!  Luckily, the driver was able to stop in time, but his bumper was literally touching the stroller.  A police officer was nearby and arrived just after the van stopped; the mother came out of the store and when the police officer told her what had happened, her reaction was "I was only in the store for a little while, why are you messing with me?"  Can you believe that?  Her child was almost hit by a van because of her carelessness, and her first reaction is to get into an argument with a police officer, not to run to her child to make sure he or she was okay.  I am dumbfounded. 

I don't know how some people can be so wreckless with human lives.
