Anna~ Oh no honey, I am so sorry.  I'm glad that you have a postive attitude. I'm keeping my FX for all of us!

BabyB~ We are doing ours quite late at night everytime...it gets quite tiring really.  We get 1 of our kids to bed at 8 and the other two are in bed around 9pm. Last night's didn't get into the incubator until 10:20...dh definitely wanted to take his time last night.

L4B~ I can definitely understand how you feel about the name.  For a long time, I  really loved the name Mackenzie...a cousin of mine took it for her daughter; very frustrating. I LOVE how I am NOT the only one who writes their dd's name down with the rest of the kids! I do that too!  It's very relaxing for me for some odd reason...don't know why but it makes me feel good to write it down.

That's funny PD!!!  Yeah...I know how those late night experiements go!!  My dh will take his sweet time or for some reason we cant get a sample at that moment (too much pressure I guess) and then he tells me to wait awhile and all I think is "great now I wont be going to bed until the early morning hours)!!  I so dont want to have to do this again next month!!!  I am so frustrated....

I am cramping off and on lately and just scared af is coming!!!  I am confused as to how many DPO I really am though.  I O'd the first time late 18th into the 19th.  Then, I got a shocker on Fri the 23rd with a + OPK along with O pains...severe O pains...that is why I took a test because I knew this was odd.  So, I go + for 2 days, then I think it got a little lighter...then I ran out of OPK's and just figured I am Oing so I dont need to test again!  So, that would make my 2nd attempt on the 24 th, 25th with diva cup in for 12 or so hours, which was early hours of the 26th.  So, then if that is when I really O'd then I would only be 3 or 4 days past O and cramping comes around then if implanting, right?  I know it is a stretch...but I am either 10 dpo or 3 or 4 dpo!!!  I am testing Sunday because AF should be Sunday or Tuesday if my cycle is 26 and 28 days.  If negative then I will test Tues. unless af arrives!!  Geesh.......that was confusing!!!!!  The story of my life!!!  Everything the hard way...BUT it usually pays off in the end!!!!

I hear you on the going to bed until the early morning. Last night was early for us and it was midnight! Everything has been off schedule since he's been home every night now. He had his test this past Friday that he's been studying for months now(hooray!).  He studied 2-3 nights every week until the past 2 weeks.  During these past 2 weeks, he was gone EVERY NIGHT...I know that it will just take a little more time to get into our routine again but I am exhausted.

I can definitely understand on not sure when O is coming. I was thinking that I was going to O on Monday, then it moved to Tuesday, then Wednesday...now I am hoping for today. I am thinking that it should be between today & Saturday.  I am really hoping for today so I can get into the 2ww. Kwim?

Oh Anna I am so sorry. Have you spoken to your doctor about this yet? I hope you get a sticky BFP soon and get to the route of what is going on - I was so sure this was your time my LP is short so I am not sure I will be able to get PG but we will see.

PD - My DD's name is Shannon Hazel-Anne. My MIL phoned me one night when my SIL was expecting and asked for my name for her DD!!! GGGRRRRGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!!! Luckily she didn't like it and took her cousins DD name - who was born two days before!! OMG!! Ok just presume I am done why don't you - L4Bs that wasn't a nice thing for your friend to say. Some people just don't think. I was so upset my niece would get my DD's name. I felt like they stolen my DD for a day or so. But then I thought it was up to them and I have reserve names.

BabyBoobadoo - We make our attempt late as it fits in around work and the kids. I couldn't do it first thing - unless it was the WE but it never is! Always mid week.

PD...My DD's middle name is going to be Mckenzie, but spelled MC.  I love that name....ok, so I gave away her middle name!!!! Hee hee!!!  I know you want to be in the 2ww wait already, it is torture!!  I want to be PREGNANT WITH my DD_________ Mckenzie!!!!   I want OUT of this 2WW!!!!!

Oh yeah...my tickler is/maybe wrong so as soon as AF DOES NOT show in 2 days, I will change that to a 28 day cycle.  And then when AF DOES NOT Show Tues., I will change it to 31 day cycle.  And if she does NOT show by Fri......well, then I AM PREGNANT!!!  And I will change it to a PREGNANCY CALENDAR!! Yeah!!  I have the worst lower back pain on my left side today...I hope that is not af gearing up!!

I hear you ladies. Everyone (and I mean that) assumes that we are done here...it is really frustrating. 

I think I am finally going to O...my temp is pretty low this morning. We did another late one last night (dh took his time again )...I am so tired. On top of everything else, I have to get some more dental work done this afternoon...I hope everything goes well and we'll be able to do another round of SU this evening or tomorrow some time pending when things shift for O+12.

You know I was thinking last night...how can I NOT be pregnant!!!  I mean I have done attempts 3 weeks out of 4!!!!  I did some cut off attempts before my first O....the weekend before because I was sure I was getting signs and didnt want to miss, then I had to do attempts the weekend of O (My first +OPK) then last weekend because I got +opks again, so I quickly got in 3 more attempts!!  I swear 3 weekends in a row....and my PH NEVER went out of the 4's!!!!!!  So, how can I not be pregnant!!!  But, then again here I am month 9 going on 10....so I guess maybe it doesnt matter, right?

Hey girls, I just wanted you all to know that I am praying hard for all of you. I don't come around because I feel bad that I am pregnant and it is taking so long for many of you...maybe that is stupid but I hope you know that I am still lurking. You will all get your BFP very soon, I just know it. I can't believe how determined and strong you ladies are. I am inspired. All my love.

I know what you mean Lola- It would be strange to talk to eachother with others around as can't really go 'hi your the lady who has a science lab in her house trying to create just x babies!' lol! We must sort out to meet up some time. I really would like to do that. Please could someone tell me how the sylk is being used? Is it just in replace of the ew? Thanks lovely ladies xx

I dont know if anyone has tried the sylk yet.  But in theory it should work like the preseed did.  You either mix it with the semen or layer it on top of the ew.  these may help the ew to float

Thanks tamara, So the sylk and preseed both had a fairly neutral ph then ? just wondering how it will affect the ph of the semen. So is there a reccommended ratio to mix with the semen? I'm not sure how putting it on top of the ew will help it float. Mine has already mixed by the time the last bit of ew is layered on top of the semen.! Thanks for any help xx

no sylk pH is lower.  preseed pH is 7, sylk I think is 5??  ava said she only needed a few drops of preseed right?

So by adding the sylk might i be lowering the ph too much and by doing so slow the y's down and therfore preventing such a good sort? Or won't it affect the ph too much? Maybe I'll adding the preseed as others have had success with this in getting a float.

well if you use preseed for ttc a girl dont mix the semen with it
