November HRC girls

Great -- there are four of us now! 

I too am starting stims in October, but not having ER until November so I consider myself a November gal.  I am scheduled for ER on November 6th so will be arriving on either the night of the 3rd or the morning of the 4th.  Are any of you ladies from out of town?  If so, where will you be staying? 

After everyone gets their dates, I will put together a calendar and include contact info so we can meet up.

Think Pink, we are cycling very close! In my case, I am overseas, but since 1st of November we (me and my dh) will be in US (Las Vegas). 5th of November we will rent a car and move to HRC in order to have last monitoring in the afternoon. That night I will book Laguna Hills Lodge. 6th of November is my FET and then I would like to go to Laguna Beach for my bedrest and would like to book La Casa del Camino that I have been recomended by ladies on this board. I have to check the time of my FET because if it is too late, maybe I will stay at Laguna Hills also the night of 6th. Where are you staying? Are you coming with your family?

I received my final FedEx from HRC this morning.

This is going to be our month and hopefully with prayers and God's grace we will have BFPs and our DDs in our families soon!

If you ladies would like, you can send me a pm with your contact info (name & cell phone number), dates for procedures, and details around your trip (arrival date, departure date, where you are staying, etc.).  It would also be nice if I could include a little summary about each of us (cycle number, whether or not you will be using MS, etc).  I will put a calendar together and send it out to all of us 'November Girls' so that we can meet up at HRC.

how are you ladies doing?  we finally paid yesterday and i started lupron this morning.  i can't believe this is really happening now...  DH and i are supposed to start on the z-pack today as well.  does it matter if you take it in the morning or evening?

I don't think the time of day matters.

I'm stressing a little as AF has not shown up yet!  Lori called and said if she doesn't show up tonight or tomorrow morning, I will need to go in for a blood test tomorrow afternoon to see what is going on.  Cross you fingers that she is on her way -- I don't want to be out of the game before I start this time!

As for my meds, I am not scheduled to start anything until Oct. 21 as I am on the Microsdose Flare protocol.

Jen - have you been given you dates yet?

Hi girls,

I just thought that I would check in.  I will be starting my second cycle of stims the last week in November and then will probably be doing ER and ET in the first week of December...so I guess that i'm stratling those two months a bit.   

I did my first cycle with the Oct girls this past month, and in case you haven't been following my story, i'll give you a quick re-cap.  I had one ovary that did not respond well at all - we have no idea why and i'm only 34, so go figure!  We are changing and increasing my stims for this next cycle to see if we can get some additional eggs out of both sides and get that right one working again, but we'll have to see how that goes. 

In the end though, we did have some good success with only the left ovary.  We retrieved 8 eggs, had 7 mature, and 6 fertilized beautifully!  So, we were happy with that result considering that we were only working with one side.  In the end though, since i'm not doing MS and need to get enough girl embies, we decided to freeze these first 6 and do another round and ER so that when we send them all to PGD, we will be sending a double-batch!  We hope to send somewhere between 14 - 16 embrios at least to pgd during the first week in Dec.

So, that is the plan and we're on our way.  I do have to skip a 28 day cycle, which means that I start BCP's in just a few days and then will start stimming again 28 days later.  The wait is SO hard, especially since I have 6 little embies just waiting for me!!  lol!  But, I'm hoping that by the time we send them to pgd, we will have two or three times that amount to work with. 

Anyway, I'm not sure exactly what my timing is until my period starts, but it's getting close.  I hope you don't mind if I join the Nov / Dec group!  my old screen name was HMC, but now it's hopingpinkin2009!  Good luck to everyone!

just checking in...  i got AF yesterday and my first u/s & e2 will be this friday.  i can't believe ER will be two weeks from today!  i'm excited and scared at the same time.

slight rant...  the pharmacy still hasn't charged my credit card for a prescription order for meds i will need this friday!!  also, i haven't received pap smear results from my ob/gyn's office.  they told me they mailed it last friday!

AF arrived at the very last minute and kept me in the game!  Woohoo!

I had my first ultrasound this morning.  Everything looked good and my E2 was below 20 -- I guess I'm ready to start my shots this weekend.  I hope everyone else is doing well and on schedule.

Hi girls, my updates are: lining: 11mm and estradiol: 521. Can´t read the numbers, but Lori wrote me that those results are perfect!  Apart the stomach flu that attacked all my kids we are on the good way! Good luck to everyone, let us keep update.
