I never buy fresh cranberries but I do get the Ocean Spray dried cranberries which are called Craisins, again you can find these in Sainsbury's in the dried fruit aisle.

 

I have been to sainsbury's now and got the Ocean Spray light, I looked at the crasins and Sainsubry's so good cranberries has better values and were cheaper for more so I went with those

We are crackers aren't we! It's mad all this swaying. I have my first attempt coming up in November. I am going to try 1 month of TBM, but as I am rubbish at predicting O+12 not sure i'll have much luck!If i'm not pg by Christmas i'll wait until Feb cos there's no way i'm doing this diet over the Christmas period and my poor dh is fed up already!

I kinda feel frightened to say outloud that i am actually gonna ttc, will see what happens Nov, my dh is only home for 2 weeks pretty much my suspected AF to O so I shall see what happens, will make o+12 impossible as he will not be in the country, not that I think I could predict that yet anyway.

yip for me xmas would be physically impossible to diet over etc.DH doesn't believe in swaying etc so would not tolerate a diet for that for long... I shall be telling him I am on a fad diet to lose a few pound instead lol.

Previously i have had 2 suprise BFPs  while on contraception and 1 planned but shocked at how quickly after coming off contraception I got a BFP. i.e. implant out 22June, BD 21/22July which now looking back was O, BFP start of Aug. So I have had to spend this year looking at my cycle.So really not sure what will happen, know ttc a girl may take a long time but also know nothing can be taken for granted and any kind of problem can occur so shall just take things one day at a time.

Sitting waiting for mr courier man now to get ph monitor and cbfm.

I am struggling to work things out with OPKs so just want cbfm to make things clearer for me as I do not want to chance messing things up by BD'ing thru O as I think that is exactly how DS1 2 and 3 have been concieved.

It is pretty expensive tho, after BFP i will look to sell on I think.

Ct, so glad your feeling abit better, I know how hard it is, I had really bad gd with ds3, sending you big (((((hugs))))) Lola, I got my cbfm from ebay for £28 delivered with 18 sticks, I got a bargain. I would just keep an eye on ebay. I have'nt used mine yet as I put off ttc, but I sure it's better for trying to pinpoint o+12. I will use it along with opk's (I have used these before) which I will do 2-3 of them a day as they are so cheap to buy, hth's. I asked for distilled water and this is what the guy gave me, just looks a little scar to be putting in body when its suitable for lava lamps, car batteries and air conditioning units lol

I know exactly how you feel  re ttc, i feel really nervous now the time has come. I was supposed to be starting in Dec but have become inpatient. I have decided to do TBM at O+12 even though I can't predict O+12 at all so I am going to bd possibly the morning of the temp rise. Apparently only about 5% of people can get pg then but as all 4 of my DC were 1st month attempts, I thought I might as well give it a go. In Dec I will be doing a 2-3 day cut off with abstain.

Hopefully we will get BFP's together!!

I am checking on the Gold forum re the de-ionized water from Halfords. I will let you know as soon as I have an answer xx

how often are you using opk? is it only once a day. If you are it's best to use them at least twice. The first month I missed my O cos i followed the instructions precisely and nearly missed it as it looked more like a fade in than a true +. It only lasted for 1 day. The following month I started testing twice a day and it actually was + for 2 days. What opk's do you use. I started using these cheap ones from ebay but i've switched to cb O sticks which are so much better.

Well, I'm starting to get into this TTC malarky lol.  Spent the day, in between tidying up and looking after ds#1 who has a temp and sore throat, looking for a CBFM (now that I know what it is , thanks for the reply girls).  I bid for one on ebay but lost out to a bid of £52, watched another one, but finally sourced one on a baby website for £35 delivered.  FX that she's honest and sends it lol.  Just trying to get the best price for the ph tester but there's no variation in the £30 that I've seen so far.

Hi D4D, Replens is a vaginal mosturizer that lowers ph(in most people). You can get it in Boots. You should use a small amount every other day or every 3 days to keep your ph low.
