I am going to mix my own lime douche and P4P had a really good idea about how to insert it. She said;

I bought a pack of 5 sterile 10ml syringes off ebay. I fill the first one (10ml) for the pre-douche then use the others the after douches filling each one up to 2ml then pop them into the inside cover of a warm (hot water) bottle. It keeps them warmish for hours. GL.

oh and what cranberry juice are you all buying? everyone i pick up is made from concentrate grrr and contains sugar and sweetner

I drink Ocean Spray cranberry light with Perrier water. i did a lot of reasearch on bottled water and the link below tells you the PH of nearly every kind as well as most of the county's tap water's ph.

I never buy fresh cranberries but I do get the Ocean Spray dried cranberries which are called Craisins, again you can find these in Sainsbury's in the dried fruit aisle. When I use the raspberry muffin recipe from the girl cook book I substitute the raspberries for the Craisins and they are much nicer!

We are crackers aren't we! It's mad all this swaying. I have my first attempt coming up in November. I am going to try 1 month of TBM, but as I am rubbish at predicting O+12 not sure i'll have much luck!If i'm not pg by Christmas i'll wait until Feb cos there's no way i'm doing this diet over the Christmas period and my poor dh is fed up already!

Cottontails - I am glad you feel a bit better. I hope your next scan goes well and by a miracle you hear girl. I can't imagine how hard this is for you. Yes swaying is certainly a gamble. If I had the money and the courage I would be doing PGD but we can't all do that and as we all know there is no gaurantee of a baby taking that route. (((hugs))) will be thinking of you

They are the same thing. Just in the uk they are called moon cups.

I just bought one from amazon £66.00 delivered also bought testing strips for £12.99 as i am getting confused by my opks, I am expecting to ovulate today/tomoz ish. Had a faint line on Tue, Wed no line figure maybe sample was too diluted as was not full 2 hours since drinking. Thurs got faint line again and today... no line! WHATS THAT ALL ABOUT?

Bought a digital ph tester too as my strips only tell me 4-9 grrr so if i am diff colour from chat i do not know how low ph level is!

This is costing a small fortune, I hope I get a gril in the end... seems fitting as girls are really expensive so I guess i'd be starting as I mean to go on! well actually ds1 giving that theory a run for its money also had to kit him out with Fernando Torres replica footie boots and new out to play trainers grrrr. Purse closed... well until tomoz ds3's boogie babies and ds2's footie class fees have to be paid.

Ooops soz forgot to quote i was referring to the cbfm... I bought that today. I have got a mooncup, pretty cool actually seeing cm in it is pretty freaky, makes testing cm's ph a lot easier tho, with regards to keeping it in after lime douche, will it not just all collect in it tho, think i'm gonna do a headstand after BD hahahaha

Hi girls, hope you are all well.  I've not been well this month and not had any energy at night to sit at the pc and keep up to date.  I hope you are all well.  November is my month for starting the diet so hoping I can get a laptop and do all the reading up etc from the warmth and comfort of my cozy bed lol.

A quick question about cycles.  I am usally 28 days, sometimes 27/29, however this month I had a 25 day cycle.  Should I be concerned?  Could it be the change?!  I'm getting ready to ttc and this has thrown me a little!

Don't worry about your cycle, it may be the supps. Last month my cycle was only 26 days (I'm normally always 28 days) and this month I was 29 days. It doesn't make it easy, does it!??!!
