Hello TLM, have been writing on the old thread. Just looked at the shopping list again and there are no rice cakes on there. Anyone got any idea on a make i can buy cos all the ones i looked at are made with wholewheat?

It might also be worth looking at the dutch crisp bakes as they are made with flour, sugar, egg, and water i think but they have very low sodium and contain the same ingredients as one of the bread receipes of the girly cook book, when i bored of rice cakes and desperate i would have one or two but you may not want to as they are not in the girly cookbook.

I'm ok very tired and feelin nausea at times seems to be worse in the afternoon and evenings after busy days (which is most days!!) but its not bad

I'm TTC too! Well currently 10dpo, so  still hoping for a BFP this cycle - not got any pg symptoms though!

 I'm thinking of getting the Hanna ph meter from Amazon its the HI99104 red one, has anyone else got one of these? Also on Amazon it says people often buy the Buffer solution kit too but on ig here somewhere I read you need calibration solution - is this the same thing as the buffer solution kit? Really want opinions before I part with my money. I've not bought anything yet but think I really need to start with my ph and before with my failed shettles/diet attempt I used the strips and I find them hard to read - you could easily mistake the colours I think.

Im also thinking of buying a kiflow neg ion bracelet, anyone else use these?
