13+2 weeks...two nubs?

Hi Ladies,

 I was wondering if you could help me out with this ultrasound picture from 13 weeks 2 days. Where is the nub? Are there two nubs? My tech said it looks like a boy, but I am not sure I am looking at it right. Does it look like a boy to you all?

sorry, not a good image to guess gender from--the baby is twisted through the midsection, so this is not a true image of the nub area...:(
