PH urine- vs CM does it make a difference

I am very dejected. Cant seem to get my PH down....but i have been testing my urine, not cm. Do u think it matters which I test..or will they be consistent. Ihave been folloiwng the diet and supplements for months and my ph is still a 7.0 So depressing

From what I understand, CM is the ONLY pH that matters.  It does you no good to test your urine.  CM is what sways...

With the acid/alkaline diet your urine should be changing along with your CM, but I think CM might change a little more readily and the CM is also lower pH than urine.

You're right, it doesn't matter. I forgot to mention that, but it does indicate something is happening. Testing the actual CM would be best.
